Nayatel is a fiber internet provider operating in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, and Faisalabad — its residential packages offer symmetrical upload and download speeds on a fiber-to-home infrastructure with no data caps on most plans.

4 Steps to Get Nayatel Fiber Internet Connected

Check coverage at your address, pick a package, place your order online or by phone, and prepare for the technician visit — typically done within a week.

Step 1

Check Whether Nayatel Covers Your Address

Nayatel's fiber network currently serves Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and select areas of Faisalabad and Lahore. Before doing anything else, go to nayatel.com.pk and use the Coverage Checker on the homepage. Enter your street address or sector. If your area shows as covered, proceed. If it doesn't, Nayatel may still be expanding into your zone — their helpline at 051-111-6292 can tell you the expected rollout date for your area.

Unlike mobile data packages, Nayatel requires physical fiber installation. This is a one-time process but involves a technician visit, typically within 3–5 business days of your order. The installation is done free of charge on most packages, but confirm this when placing your order.

Step 2

Choose a Nayatel Package

Nayatel's residential packages are tiered by speed and data allowance. The entry-level packages start at around 4 Mbps with a monthly data cap, while higher tiers offer 100 Mbps or more with unlimited data. For most families with 3–4 devices streaming and browsing, the 25–50 Mbps unlimited package represents the sweet spot between price and performance.

Nayatel also offers TV and phone line bundles (Triple Play) alongside internet, which can reduce the total monthly cost if you want all three services. The table below shows current internet-only packages — contact Nayatel for Triple Play pricing tailored to your zone, as it varies by area.

Step 3

Place Your Order Online or by Phone

Go to nayatel.com.pk/residential and click "Order Now" next to your chosen package. Fill in your name, address, phone number, and CNIC. Nayatel will call you within 24 hours to confirm the order and schedule the installation.

Alternatively, call 051-111-629283 to place the order by phone. Have your CNIC number and complete address ready — they'll need the house number, street, and sector to locate your connection point on their network map.

You'll need to pay the first month's bill plus a one-time connection fee (if applicable to your package). Nayatel accepts payment via bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and at their service centers in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Step 4

Schedule Installation and Set Up Your Router

After your order is confirmed, a Nayatel technician will visit your home to run the fiber cable from the nearest distribution point to your router. The process takes 1–3 hours depending on the distance and your building type.

Nayatel supplies a router pre-configured for your connection. When the technician finishes, your internet should be active immediately — test it on multiple devices before the technician leaves. If the speed seems slower than your package tier, ask the technician to test the line quality before they go. Line issues are much easier to resolve when the installer is still on-site.

What to Do if Activation Doesn't Work

Nayatel internet drops frequently

Frequent drops on fiber are usually caused by a loose fiber connector at the ONT (the white box installed by the technician). Check that the fiber cable is firmly seated in the ONT port. If the physical connection is secure, call 051-111-629283 for a line quality check.

Router shows connected but no internet

Restart the ONT box (the white box, not just your router) by unplugging it for 30 seconds. Also restart your router. If the issue persists, Nayatel's support line can remotely check whether your account is active and whether the connection is authenticated.

Speed test shows lower than my package tier

Run the speed test at fast.com or speedtest.net from a device connected via cable, not Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi introduces its own speed limitations. If the wired result is lower than your subscribed speed, contact Nayatel — they'll schedule a line check within 24 hours.

Bill payment not reflecting on account

Online payments (JazzCash, bank transfer) can take 2–4 hours to post to your Nayatel account. If it still doesn't reflect after 6 hours, call the helpline with your payment reference number.

Frequently Asked Questions

Nayatel primarily serves Islamabad and Rawalpindi, with expanding coverage in parts of Faisalabad and Lahore. Their network is fiber-only, so coverage is limited to areas where they have laid fiber infrastructure. Use the coverage checker at nayatel.com.pk to verify your specific address.

Yes. Nayatel's mid and upper tier packages offer unlimited data with no monthly cap. Lower-tier packages may have a data limit — check the specific package terms when ordering. Unlimited packages don't have fair usage throttling on standard residential plans.

The time from order placement to active connection is typically 3–7 business days. The physical installation itself on the day of the visit takes 1–3 hours. Installations in apartment buildings may take slightly longer due to cable routing requirements.

Nayatel installs an ONT (fiber modem) which requires their equipment. However, you can connect your own Wi-Fi router to the ONT's LAN port if you prefer your own equipment for the wireless network. Nayatel support can help you configure it.

Nayatel accepts cash at their service centers, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, debit/credit card through their online portal, and direct debit from select banks. Monthly bills can also be auto-paid via standing instruction if you set this up at the service center.
