Telenor call packages let prepaid subscribers activate on-net and off-net minute bundles via USSD or the My Telenor app — packages range from one-day bundles to 30-day plans, with different rates for Telenor-to-Telenor versus all-network calls.

Check Your Telenor Balance and Any Active Package
Dial *444# from your Telenor number and press Call. This opens the
My Telenor self-service menu. Select option 1 for Balance, and then option 2 for Package
Status. You'll see your main balance and any currently active bundle. Alternatively,
dial *222# for a direct balance check without navigating a menu.
You can also open the My Telenor app — it gives a cleaner view of your remaining minutes, data, and SMS all in one dashboard. Before activating any new package, make sure your current bundle isn't still mid-cycle, because Telenor does not refund or pause active packages when you activate a new one on top.
Browse and Pick Your Telenor Call Package
Telenor Pakistan's call packages are branded under the "Talkshawk" and "Djuice" lines depending on your SIM type, though most packages are now available across both. The packages range from Rs. 12 daily deals to Rs. 200+ monthly bundles.
For on-net heavy users (calling mostly other Telenor numbers), the dedicated on-net packages give you very high minute counts for a low price. If you mix networks — calling family on Jazz and friends on Zong — look for "All Network" call packages, which include both on-net and off-net minutes in a single bundle.
The table above shows the current lineup with activation codes. Codes starting with
*345# are typically Telenor's primary offer menu — you can navigate
through it to find the latest deals if a specific code below is no longer working.
Activate via USSD Code
Dial the activation code for your chosen package and press Call. Telenor's USSD
system confirms activation on-screen within 3–5 seconds. You'll see the package name,
included minutes, and validity. If you get an error, the offer code may have changed —
visit telenor.com.pk or dial *345# and navigate to Call Packages for
the current live offers.
Telenor also allows activation through the My Telenor app: open the app, go to "Subscribe Services", filter by "Call Packages", and tap the Subscribe button next to your chosen bundle. The app shows the tax-inclusive final price, which is helpful for budgeting.
Confirm Activation and Test
Dial *444# again and navigate to Package Status. Your new call bundle
should appear with its remaining minutes and expiry date. Make a short test call to
a Telenor or another network number and then re-check your remaining minutes to
confirm they're decreasing from the bundle rather than your main balance.
Note that Telenor sometimes shows a slight delay — up to 5 minutes — before the newly activated package appears in the package status menu. If it doesn't show up immediately after activation, wait a few minutes before worrying.
What to Do if Activation Doesn't Work
Telenor rotates its offer lineup frequently. The most reliable way to find a current code is through the My Telenor app under 'Subscribe Services → Call Packages', which always reflects live offers.
Check *444# to see if the package is still listed as active. Some Telenor bundles apply only to certain call types — for example, a package labeled 'on-net' won't cover calls to Jazz or Zong. These would deduct from your main balance.
Telenor requires a minimum main balance for outgoing calls on some account types — even with a bundle active. Dial *222# to check your main balance. If it's below Rs. 0.05, recharge even a small amount.
This happens if you accidentally activated a daily bundle thinking it was weekly or monthly. Daily Telenor packages expire at midnight regardless of when you activated them, not 24 hours after activation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Dialing *345# opens Telenor Pakistan's self-care portal — a USSD menu where you can check your balance, see active packages, browse and subscribe to new offers, and manage your account settings. It's the most complete self-service option available without the app.
Most Telenor mobile call packages cover Telenor mobile-to-mobile calls only. Calls to Telenor landline numbers (021-xxxxxxx format) may be treated as off-net or charged separately. Check the specific package terms on telenor.com.pk.
Yes. Several Telenor monthly packages support auto-renewal — when the bundle expires, it automatically resubscribes if your balance covers the charge. You can enable or disable auto-renewal from within the My Telenor app under your active package details.
Yes — Telenor's 'Super' and 'All-in-One' packages bundle minutes, SMS, and data together. These are often the best value overall. Dial *345# and navigate to 'Bundle Packages' or check the My Telenor app for current combined offers.
You can't check mid-call via USSD (as USSD is unavailable during active calls). Either note the balance before calling, or use the My Telenor app's Usage section which updates in near real-time.
